Clay Etch Mug- Ochre/ Pink/ Slate Blue

The design of this mug is achieved using the wax-resist glazing technique. The pattern is applied in wax by hand. Then the mug is dipped in glaze and the design reveals itself when the wax is melted during firing. There may be slight variations in color, texture, and finish to each perfectly imperfect item. Designed in Seattle, WA.
